Rise lesson is jumping down to storyline block at start

Beth, I reverted to a previous version of Storyline while the bug was getting fixed. Maybe this solution could help you in the interim? Best of luck! 

Hi! I am having the same issue. My Storyline 360 is up-to-date and still, the course in Rise is jumping directly to the Storyline block. I tried the "continue" button and it worked, but it is not the best solution for my project. I was wondering if there is another way to have it fixed. Thanks

I was having this issue as well.  I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, but I fixed it by adjusting the first slide a bit.  The first slide originally had unassigned triggers, a pause timeline trigger, a show layer trigger, and then on the layer was the button to advance slide.  

I changed this to no unassigned triggers, no timeline pause or show layer trigger, and the button on the base layer.  Of course, the slide has to be set to advance by user since there's no timeline pause.

Works for me now
