Rise login issues
Hello,
I am having trouble logging in via normal browser, incognito or my phone. I have tried to raise a support ticket but am getting the other attached error.
Is anyone else having issues? I have a course that I need to launch so this is not good timing!

Hi, we have the same issue with the three licenses we have. We are unable to access the tool, and the previously created modules are not uploading. Appreciate prompt return from Articulate we the situation impact project timeline, internally. Best regards, Cibele Ceciliato

I’m glad to hear the issue is resolved for some of you! We encountered a problem with our cloud service provider that affected access to some Articulate 360 products.
Everything is more stable now, and our team is continuing to monitor the systems closely.
