Rise login issues
Hello,
I am having trouble logging in via normal browser, incognito or my phone. I have tried to raise a support ticket but am getting the other attached error.
Is anyone else having issues? I have a course that I need to launch so this is not good timing!

I have good news to share! We monitored our systems overnight, and they’ve remained stable. This issue is resolved. Thanks so much for your patience.

Same here - for the whole team in Germany. Clearing browser history/cookies/cache did not work. Log-in page shows up and after log-in attempt we get error page -same as in the start of this conversation.

Same issue here in the UK. Cleared cache and cookies but still no joy. Just takes me back to log in with error message.

It seems to be a widespread issue, as I’m seeing members from Spain, Norway, the UK, and myself and colleagues from our team in Germany experiencing the same.

Hi, i have the same issue. Furthermore we have multiple e-Learnings on iPads via Rise and these are not reachable in the moment.
