Rise Video Seek Bar not working once published to web?
Good morning!
I have created a course in Rise with video content. The videos play fine in Rise and Review, but when published for Web, the seek bar does not work. Clicking anywhere on the seek bar takes the user back to the beginning of the video.
The other controls in the seekbar (volume, speed, and full screen) work just fine. Any ideas why the ability to move along the seekbar manually isn't working?

Hi Christina! I'm sorry we missed your post. I tested this feature, and it's working fine for me in Google Chrome, both with forward seeking enabled and disabled.

Did you find out what's wrong? I would think it has nothing to do with Rise. Please post your thoughts.
Thanks for reaching out, VimalReynolds-5! Since this is an older post, would you be willing to detail what you're experiencing? If you're comfortable sharing a file, you can upload it here or privately in a case!
