Rise's decorative image
I saw this was discussed a year ago, but I haven't seen any resolution. We are instructed to leave the alt tag field empty for Rise to mark it as decorative, however the screen reader ends up reading out the file name of the image instead.
I saw someone else say that putting in the double quotation ("") is supposed to mark it null, but the screen reader is still reading it.
Anyone know what we can do? I'm getting quite frustrated.

I can understand how frustrating that would be, especially when the image is marked as decorative and you're still hearing it announced by your screen reader.
To help narrow this down, do you have Enable zoom on click selected in the image settings? If so, try unchecking that option, republishing the course, and testing again with your screen reader.
If the behavior continues, could you also let us know which screen reader and browser you're using? That information can help us better understand what's happening.
