SCORM 2004 - Reporting

Hi,

I need some help in understanding if the following is possible.

I have an exam built in Rise which utilises multiple question banks (built by topic in Rise) that randomises each time a student takes it.

I need to find a way to pull data on how many students get a particular question incorrect and which question bank that relates to (from the main exam). This is to help feedback to the tutors delivering the training to make sure these areas are focussed on.

The SCORM 2004 file is hosted in Workday, is there a way to get this level of data out of the file?
