SCORM file not downloading
Long time user of Rise 360. Recently, the SCORM file is not downloading (PDF is still successfully downloading).
-Clicking Publish > LMS >Publish
-Receive the traditional "Publish Successful", but no automatic download as in the past.
-Receive the email link > Click "Download Content" in email > Click "Download Content" in opened window
-Nothing happens
Again, the PDF downloads as usual.
Thank you!

Hello, I am having an issue with the size of the scorm file. I have updated the content and my scorm download has increased and cannot now be housed in the LMS. Can you help?
Hello TracyHewett-4ef,
Thanks for reaching out!
- What LMS are you using?
- Have you reached out to your LMS Admin regarding this issue?
- I'm curious if there are limits to the file size for your LMS subscription. Perhaps breaking the course into smaller modules would help file size and make it easier for your LMS to handle!
- What publishing option are you selecting?
- I recommend exporting your course for SCORM 2004 3rd or 4th Edition, as these versions support much longer suspend data, which might help with the file size issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello, I'm also now having this exact issue. What is the workaround for it?
Hello JessicaDiaz-e9b,
I see you've opened a case and that you're working with my colleague Darrell. You're in excellent hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a great day!
Hi Jennifer!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading a SCORM package from Rise 360!
Have you had a chance to test the behavior across multiple supported browsers? Also, does clearing the cache or using an incognito browser window make any improvements? If still unsuccessful, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
