SCORM file published in Rise is too large
Is it possible to post the solution for this issue here in this blog chat rather than continually referring people to chat individually with a team member through a support case? (in our case, the issue is that when using scenarios with multiple characters, the file size is too large for our LMS when publishing)
Hi AlisNikolson! One of our Support Engineers advised another user to consider using smaller (in disk size) images, audio, and video on your Rise blocks to reduce the output size. But since you're using scenarios, I'd be interested in how many scenario blocks you likely have in the course.

Hi there LaurenDuvall. Thanks for your response. It was actually another member on my team that reached out to me for support on how to reduce the file size of their module because it was too large for our LMS. She had eight scenarios in her module. I advised her to use the same character for her scenarios, as each time she added a character, the whole character pack gets included. That worked for her for now, but it is not really a good long-term solution, as sometimes we do need to use multiple characters.

Hi, AlisNikolson!
Thanks so much for following up with these details. I understand how a long-term solution would make using multiple characters much easier for your team. I've shared your comments with our product team, so we'll let you know if we have an update to share!
