Screen recording is choppy
Hi everyone! I'm using Storyline to capture a screen recording of a video. I publish this video and upload to my Rise360 course, and the playback is incredibly choppy. I tried to publish the course to Review 360 to add in as a Storyline widget, but the video is still choppy. I can playback the video in the Windows MP4 player and it is a lot smoother (still choppy and poor quality). Can anyone help me
here? These are my export settings.

The screen recording feature is best used to help learners familiarize themselves with software and systems. However, the quality of a video recorded using this feature might not be crisp because, in addition to recording what's happening on screen, the screen recording feature also records the input being entered by the person making the recording.
Could you share your main requirement with the video so we can explore possible workarounds that might suit your needs? Is uploading a copy of the video from a file an option for you?
