Seekbar pause option doesn't work when using Google Chrome
I determined that I needed to select the "Pause timeline of base layer" option in each layer to get audio to stop playing when the pause button on the seek bar was used. However, I'm finding that it works in IE, but not Google Chrome.
Has anyone found a resolution to that issue?

Hi Sandy,
I think we'd want to see your .story file to fully understand what you're describing in terms of the Pause base layer element and how it's behaving. Also, I wanted to confirm that you're testing the published output by uploading to your LMS or web server as testing it locally is known to cause differences and odd behavior across browsers.
Ashley, I just tried it again in Chrome, and it appears to be working like expected. Looks like you can ignore my issue.
Not sure what happened between Friday and now, but it's working.

H Ashley. Here's the link to the course that is published in Articulate-Online. Again, no issues when running in EI, but it happens in Google Chrome. The first incidence of audio on layers is in page 3. If you pause after clicking the first box, it still continues. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Weekends always seem to work magic - I did test it in Chrome and was able to use the pause seekbar to pause the audio, so that all seemed to work as expected.

If you right-click your layer and choose Properties, do you have the option Pause timeline of base layer selected? See below:
