I'm happy to help. I'm curious if this is happening with several courses or just one? Have you confirmed that the other user has an active Articulate 360 subscription and that their email address is correct? You'll also want to confirm they're in your same data center. If the issue persists, and you're able to share their email address, please reach out in a support case!

I am also having this issue. I was able to share the same three Rise courses a few weeks ago. I am now trying to share with someone else but getting that error. I have confirmed the email address. I am not sure what it means to confirm that someone is in the same data center. Can you share more about that?
