Shape showing in my Timeline but not in my Preview

I have created a screen recording and add a shape to cover confidential information for 15s during the video.  The timing is correct in the Timeline and when I play here it works perfectly but when ...

Hi there,

Thank you for your help.

 

Yes I have the shape on the top of my timeline... no trigger.  When I select 'Show always' or 'Show until end'  I see it in the preview for the entire video... but I do not want it shown for the entire video just for a 15s time segment.  I have already shared with someone in a private chat for I will wait to hear back there.

    I have also tried to get it to show as a trigger... no luck.
