Share Folders with Reviewers
I have several clients with several courses that I have uploaded to Review for SME comments and suggestions. However, I want to be able to allow the clients to access ALL the courses within a particular folder. So, instead of providing them course by course URLs, I want to provide them with a URL that brings them only to their folder. They can then choose which course to review and comment on. Also, every time I create a new course, I could drop it into the folder and not have to send them a new URL. One URL to rule them all so to speak...
Up until now, I've only been able to figure out how to share individual course links. Is there a way I can get a single URL for the folder to send to the client?

Reading this thread my expectations are nil, but this should be an obvious feature. Even our reviewers who don't use this product on the daily immediately suggested it and were shocked it didn't exist.
Gotta agree with Jamaal. This seems like a no-brainer. Because of the way my LMS distributes content, I have to break my modules up in small pieces. This means that for my latest training I have to send 20 different links to stakeholders, which makes me a pretty annoying vendor to work with. I know there are sexier features out there, but this one is a big deal, at least to me.
5 years later and this still hasn't been added. Shame on you Articulate! This should be a basic feature similar to any content creation software out there.

Ability to have a review folder for non-Articulate members would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
Same here. Please add my request to be able to share a Review 360 folder with clients outside our organization.

Hi there! I agree with this request. It would be ideal to share the folder with stakeholders rather than just users with an Articulate license - sort of defeats the purpose!

I am just wondering if Articulate has added the feature for sharing a review folder to the list of enhancement requests..? Seems that got lost in the excitement of sharing an internal team folder which is unfortunate.
We need to make it easy for our customers, and this would help quite a bit! Any thoughts on that? Thanks!!

I was very excited to read this post as I am wanting to share multiple review items in one folder. Unfortunately, the people I want to share the folder with are not Articulate users, and I now need to go back to copying each url link for each course.
Can you confirm if non-Articulate users can have access to a folder with courses within?

Hello Dorothy!
Only members on your Articulate 360 Team have access to your Team Folders. There isn't currently a way for non-Articulate users to access your Team's folder.
