soft skill training suggestions
I was looking to create a soft skills online module as a follow up to in-person trainings. Has anyone created one before and might have suggestions. My initial thoughts were maybe a meter showing a member's reactions to the choice in words you choose or wondered if maybe a training where your answers dictated the emotional state the person has when they leave. SO based on your answers you will end on one ending but someone else might get another. If you have any suggestions of videos to watch or templates to look over, I would love to hear them.

Hi Jake,
I've just finished writting a 260 page textbook for a foundations skills, skill set in the Aussie VET sector.
Down under we have the Core Skills For Work framework to assist in tabulating soft skills.
The aviation sector has conducted massive amounts of soft skill training since the late 1970's. That was called CRM and has been ported to many medical ops theatres in recent years.
You may already be across this - sorry if that is so.
My next task is to convert the textbook to SL360 interactive tutorials.
Not sure if there is any scope to private message you to discuss further?
Cheers

Hello Jake,
yes we did a template about this, it has a bar that shows emotional state of the person interviewing you in a job interview. You can see screenshot and a demo here:

And you can see some more templates and also this one here:

Karlis,
Thank you that gives me a good look at what it could do.
