What I meant to say was that when we press the rewiew button on the exam results slide, the student should see the correct answers next to the tick mark (as an object) in the spaces in the question slides.

I modified the original .story file you provided, to include another Layer on Slide 1.1. Titled "Review". This Layer will appear after the learner completes the questions, and reviews their feedback. In my example I used a basic object with 'sample language', however this new Layer can be configured to fit your particular design needs. Such as displaying that slide's correct answer, as well as additional objects like a checkmark.
