SSML Tags with AI voices?
I see that you can use SSML tags with the Neural and Standard voices in StoryLine, but I want to use them with the new AI voices. I have had no luck trying to implement SSML with the AI voices. What am I missing here?

I'm not sure, but I think I'm right in saying that modern advanced AI generated voices no longer use SSML. Instead, they generate natural-sounding prosody automatically using deep learning models. I think ElevenLabs voices fall into that category.
Eleven Labs does provide some SSML support but it's very limited (breaks and phonemes) and doesn't work with all models for speech generation - https://elevenlabs.io/docs/best-practices/prompting/controls
Try inserting them without the <speak> </speak> tags (as you do with Amazon Polly voices) to see if it works.
