What I have done is, I took your oval and number and added it to the state within your main rectangle. Then I just moved the oval and number to the new position.
Also, when creating various states, use "new state" instead of "duplicate state", this way you will not see the initial - in your case - the dark rectangle in the selected or hover state.
I see a possible reasons.
The number is not part of the oval and is not moving with it. When I ungroup one of them, remove the number and add it to the oval, then regroup it works fine. You will need to work on the test box format for the number to get them to look good.
