    We haven't seen any recent reports from users about issues with saving their closed caption edits, so this behavior is most likely isolated. As a troubleshooting step, please ensure you're working locally when making any edits to your Storyline 360 course. Working directly on a network drive with some form of latency has been known to cause issues with saving. If you're already working locally, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue.
