Storyline 360 images not working in Rise 360 with Storyline embeded
Trying to have a 360 image with its Storyline functionality available in a RISE 360 presentation. Embeded the Storyline block, but the 360 image does not come across to RISE, although it works as expected in Review 360. Any suggestions of how to make this work?

Is this issue happening to all of your 360° images, or just a few? Also, have you tried republishing your course to see if this helps fix the issue?
If it's still happening, and all your image files are affected, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Thank you for your response. I was able to get the 360 images to work in the embedded Storyline file after editing some of the player properties and republishing.
