storyline 360 multiple choice feedback by choice Set feedback and branching Correct Incorrect
Hello,
How do I set the correct and incorrect answers when using Feedback By Choice with multiple attempts. I have the correct answer select in the choices area but nothing is populated in the Set feedback and branching area. Also, as I have set the scoring By Choice with more than one attempt - how do I set up the Try Again layer?

I read through the documentation and there was one mention of Try Again that said: If you allow more than one attempt for a graded question and you're displaying feedback by question, you can customize the “try again” feedback. But I cannot find instructions in that documentation for how to customize the "try again" feedback.
Is there a step-by-step tutorial for that?
Yeah, that part of the documentation isn't clear.
The Try Again layer only applies when a question is set to allow multiple attempts and to provide Feedback by Question. In that case, Storyline creates the Correct, Incorrect, and Try Again layers.
With the Feedback by Choice option, you just have the layers associated with each response. You can customize those.
When you use the Feedback by Choice option, Storyline will show whatever feedback text is entered in the Feedback column. So, if the user answers correctly, they'll see the feedback entered for the correct answer. If they answer incorrectly, they'll see the feedback associated with that answer.
- When you go to Slide View, you'll see that there's a layer for each piece of feedback.
Unfortunately, it doesn't automatically change the name of each layer's button to "Try Again" or "Continue" based on the number of attempts. To do that, you'd have to add button states and your own triggers.
