Storyline AI pop-up window opens up blank
I am trying to insert AI text-to-speech audio into a Storyline scene. However, each time I click on Insert Audio - Text-to-Speech, the pop-up window opens as a blank.
I have confirmed that all my Articulate applications are up-to-date, so I'm not really sure why the pop window is not populating.
When I try to use the other AI tools, I get the same thing, a blank pop-up. Please help me resolve this issue Articulate team.

First, please try a repair of your Storyline installation. If that doesn't correct the behavior, it's possible your network endpoints may need to be configured to establish a connection to all Articulate domains. Some organizations implement security restrictions that block anything involving AI. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please have them check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
