Storyline AI Sound (Text to Speech) changing to Sound Effects
Not sure if this is a thing or if I did something... However, I just got done creating a pretty robust CBT with a lot of AI narration (text to speech). There have been a significant number of wording changes during the review process. I have noticed that some of my sound icons have turned into little drum icons (Sound Effects) and I am no longer able to see my Text to Speech window to make additional edits. Is this something I did inadvertently or does this happen after so many "updates"? I need the ability to get back to the text to make edits if at all possible. Thanks in advance if anyone can help! :)

I am also experiencing this problem now. Has it been determined what is causing this? Has there been any fix or resolution?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We haven't explicitly identified what causes this behavior, but having a copy of your project file to test might help us better understand what's happening. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
Thanks for your reply. We have been working around this issue so, for now, I was more curious if any further information was available. In the future, if it poses more problems, I will open a support case.
AnnieKim18is there any update to this? I too have had the same happen where some slides where I right click the AI audio narration to edit it but instead of giving me the 'AI text to speech' option, it shows only 'AI sound effects' option. This means I can't edit the previously inputted text. Providing screenshots of what it's meant to be like and how its behaving with some slides.

yes I also am randomly having this issue with AI Text to Speech sometimes loading as AI Sound Effect instead which means we can't make any changes to the recorded speech, very annoying.Are there any solutions yet?

This is happening to us also. 3 different users, 3 different computers, 3 different files. I have sent you an email and screenshots.
