Storyline Blocks not showing up in Rise Course in Review
I'm adding Storyline blocks into Rise, and they appear and function when I am previewing the course. However, when I put the course up in Review, the storyline blocks are randomly dropping out. There is a gap on the page where it should be, but it's blank space and nothing loads. Back in Rise, it's still there and functioning properly. I have the two versions of how it's appearing below. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I've come across this problem. The Storyline block works fine in the working Rise file however, once published to review it appears with a blank space and something like this: window.THREE = { };
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LisaHi Lisa, The same issue at the window.THREE call is described in the thread I linked to above.
You should be able to fix this issue for the SCORM or Web publish as described above, not for Review though. There is most likely a line break in the story.html file of the SL block within the line that contains the window.THREE call.

In today’s update for Rise 360, we fixed the issue where some Storyline blocks weren’t loading in Review 360 and Rise 360 courses. You can preview your Rise course in Review 360, or export for web or LMS again, and everything should work as expected.

In the process of creating a Storyline block in your Rise course, do you see the Storyline item that you exported in Review 360?
If you do see it in Review 360, what happens when you select it? Does it import into your Rise course?
Hi there...I have a similar issue. Published to Review 360 from Storyline 360 is fine. but it won't show up for Rise "Storyline Block.' Anyone else has issue with articulate 360/rise 360 lately?

Following this thread. Same thing happening here. I have a Rise course with several Storyline Blocks. Everything works fine in Review, but once it is launched from the LMS some of the Storyline Blocks are "empty" (showing up blank).
Hi Laurie, I am sorry to hear that your Storyline blocks aren't working when your course is in your LMS. I recommend doing the following:
1. User a different browser such as Google Chrome.
2. Make sure Google Chrome is fully updated.
3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
4. Restart your computer.

Having the same problem on various modules, for quite a while now. I've ran out of ideas. Unsure what to do.
