Storyline Bug, lock up

At this point its a bug.. i have locked up storyline so many times and lost progress. Doing this same thing.

If double click 'format painter' all is good i can format a few items. I click what it formats as expected, but with the tool still on if i hit shortcut for undo(ctrl+z) it just locks up storyline. I usally have to task manager to close it.

    Hi BratKelley-0fcb​ if this is consistent, I would recommend uninstalling and then re-installing Storyline.

    Also, ensure any files you are working on are not syncing with a cloud service. This can interfere with Storyline.

    Check you system specification (RAM) and make sure you have enough. I tend to get issues with performance on large courses (50+ slides)

    I think for an issue like this, you are better working directly with Articulate support staff as they probably have a few troubleshooting tasks for you to complete.
