Storyline Layer Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone,

I need assistance troubleshooting a Storyline design. When I review it in Preview mode, a context that should not be there appears underneath and shows through on certain layers. The arrows, along with the X, mark the content that should not be there.

I do not know what is causing it. I've tried everything I can to troubleshoot but no success anyone care to assist? It only appears in Preview, when not in preview it works correctly.

    For something like that, troubleshooting is just guessing without seeing the .story file. If you upload it, someone might be able to solve the issue.

    Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:

    • Only include slides that are related to the problem.
    • Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
    • If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.
