Storyline Slide stuck on loading!
I have this module published but 2 of the slides with same type of content are stuck at this loading stage. It won't go further and once it reaches to this slide the navigation also stops. It worked perfectly fine in the preview mode inside storyline. Not sure why is this happening. Can someone guide me as to why this is happening?

I was able to publish your file to Review 360 and continue through each slide without any lag. Can you please confirm if you did try a different browser? I'm using Chrome version 133.0.6943.99. Additionally, can you pinpoint which slides this happens on, and what you click on right before the error occurs? I'd like to make sure I'm following the same stesp you are when testing for this issue. If you'd like to include a screen recording, please feel free to upload that here or privately in a support case.

It looks like you've published this course for web distribution. Is that correct? Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser and ensuring that the browser is up to date? Alternatively, what happens if you publish the course for Review 360?
I recommend publishing the course again and seeing if the issue persists. If it does, it'd be helpful for our team to take a look at your file for further troubleshooting. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
It does the same thing once publishing on Review 360 as well. I'll attach the file here below..
