Storyline won't open

I accepted the recent Storyline 360 update this morning from the Desktop and now I'm unable to open Storyline. I've tried opening specific files, opening the app, opening through the desktop app and rebooting my computer, but it just starts opening and then freezes up every time. Anyone else having this issue or have any advice? Thanks.

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble launching Storyline 360 after updating!

    Are you encountering any error messages when the app freezes? If so, seeing a screenshot of what the error says would be helpful.

    In the meantime, please try repairing your Storyline installation to see if that corrects the issue. If that doesn't do the trick, our team is happy to continue troubleshooting with you. You can connect with them privately, through a support case.
