Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline 360 project to see if this fixes the issue?
If the issue persists, would you be willing to share a copy of your project and image files here or privately by opening a support case so we can investigate further? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
