Support case status/updates?
I submitted a support case two weeks ago and have received no response other than two automated messages asking if I still need help. How can I find the actual status of a support case? Is it handled only via email, or am I missing some option to view the case and any updates?
Apologies for bringing this question here. It's obviously not the right place for it, but given the lack of response elsewhere I feel like I'm at a loss.

I appreciate you reaching out. Support cases are handled via email, that is correct! I see that my colleague reached out to you via email at the beginning of this month, but I completely understand that you would like to confirm with us, as it wasn't showing up on your end. It is possible the email was directed to a different folder in your inbox. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
I've reviewed your case, and I see that my colleague, Christian, has followed up with you this morning. You are in excellent hands! If you cannot see their email, please let me know!
