survey question tracking issue
i want 5 question in single slide with scrolling pannel and all that 5 question should have indivisual pick one selection for tracking is it possible or is there any other way to make this.

( using scrom ) Yes i also do research and find this method but need one sample file or detailed explanation how can i track 5 questions which are in single slide with scrolling panel individually, by adding variables to each question option and then add pick one form slide hidden to submit the response to lms
You are unlikely to find that type of file on here. I am sure you can find the hidden question files. And will also find information on putting stuff in scroll panels. There is also code on here to manage the scroll panels It maybe better to build what you can and then ask for help.
You can only track one question a slide, if you have xAPI las you could build on one slide and the send statements out, or if you are using scorm you would need to build 5 separate survey questions. You could keep the 5 questions on one slide and use 5 'hidden' survey questions to capture the data in the LMS
