Survey questions and totalling of scores

I want to create a survey to calculate individual users preferences with regards to four learning styles. Users are presented with two options and they are asked to select the option that best applies to them. Each option is associated with a particular learning style called w, x, y and z. For example, in question 1 respondents are required to select from two responses one which corresponds to x and the other to z. In question 2, they are given two responses one which correspond to x and the other to y and asked to choose between them. At the end of the survey, there should be a total for the number of w, x, y and z responses. How do I do this in Articulate Storyline? I need a fairly detailed procedural description as a I am a beginner when it comes to using Storyline.
