Test results not reporting correctly to LMS

Hello everyone.

I developed a course that has 22 multiple choice questions spread out over 11 scenes (two questions per scene.) I have one results slide at the end. It is set to score all 22 questions.

However, when I publish the course to our LMS and take the course, it doesn't score my test results correctly. Even if I get all 22 questions correctly (which the results slide shows are the case), the LMS--which uses SCORM--only shows me as scoring a 91%.  I have published the course in 1.2 and 2004. SCORM Cloud testing also gives me the same result. Does anyone have any idea why that would happen?
