Timeline is not working

I have recently updated my computer with Windows 11 system as required by my organization. As a result, after installing it Articulate Storyline 360 (V. 3.99) and the timeline player is not working. I can hear the audio play but the playhead and the screen is not animated.

 

Can you give me some guidance on how to fix this issue?

  • After trying a few option, it appears that a specific Storyline component — Chromium, which powers the timeline playback, player preview, and other features is being blocked on my machine. We discover that was a kind of blockage is caused by security applications like Crowdstrike, which may either block parts of the application outright, resulting in performance issues. 

    The solution was  disable the component of Crowlstrike from Windows. ( Perform a Clean Boot. A clean boot helps isolate potential software conflicts by starting Windows with only essential Microsoft services. This disables third-party apps and services, and if the issue doesn’t occur in this state, it likely points to a non-Microsoft program causing the problem. You can then re-enable services one by one to find the culprit. )

      Yes, But after almost a month I didn't get any solution... I clean everything, I have a new computer ... and I the issue is still there...
