Track using Storyline block, Reporting completion status as: options
Hi Dave. Glad to see that you already reached out to our support engineers and Robert helped you out.
Hi Chino,
I've faced the same problem. Could you please help me?

Hi Andrii!
I understand you are looking for the reporting completion status while tracking a Rise content through a Storyline block.
You can set that when you publish the Storyline block to Review 360. Please see this article for more information:

I hope that helps. If you are still having trouble, you can also open a support case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can assist you directly!- HeatherVogt-d329 days agoCommunity Member
Hello! I'm not exactly asking the same thing as the OP, but I just want a quick "yes" or "no", and I can't find it in other discussions/articles (or I'm probably not searching right).
Anywho, I'd like to link completion in Rise to a SL block but need some direction - Is the SL block complete because the user interacted with it or because they actually did something in it?
I'd like to put some basic attestation statements in a SL block, using the SL block as the completion in Rise and a Continue divider to move on. However, I'm concerned the user only needs to click in the SL block and it'll be Complete, rather than actually clicking the attestation statement boxes in the SL block. Does that make sense?
So my question is - Is the SL block complete because the user interacted with it or because they actually did something in it? I'm afraid it's the former because, like with any click outside Rise (in this case out of Rise and into Review 360 for the SL block), you're just having someone interact by clicking rather than by doing something within the block.
I know there are checkboxes in Rise; if the SL block doesn't track activity (rather than just a click to get to it), that might be my only option. We just don't want to have completion be 100% slides viewed when the real takeaway is attesting.
Thanks for any guidance!

You're in charge of what "completes" the SL block.
It sounds like you want the user to click multiple attestation-statement boxes. Here's a simple way to require the user to click all of the boxes before continuing in Rise:
- Set up the statements as responses to a Multiple-Response question, with all of them "correct."
- Include a Results slide. On the Success layer, add a "Complete course" trigger that runs when that layer opens.
- When you publish the SL file to Review, use only the completion trigger for tracking. (Do not track via the quiz.)
- When you insert that into a Rise SL block, it will only be completed when the user answers the question correctly (that is, selects all of the statements).
Another option would be to use a complete-course trigger that runs based on all the boxes being Selected. I'd still use some sort of Submit button to run that trigger. But this method wouldn't require a Results slide.
