Traditional design vs Microlearning (nice to know)
Hello KarlMuller​. You are correct, however the quizzes I refer to were created in storyline 360 and uploaded via the interactive block. I have since found the solution to why some users were completing and others not. I inspected the quizzes and there was a setting that allowed for only 2 attempts. I changed this to unlimited and so far its been stable. Thanks for responding.
You can still have quiz questions in a microlearning, they don't have to be at the end. But I have the blank screen happening seemingly randomly. It is frustrating.
Hi, yes the final decision to move to traditional from micro was the 'random' blank screen which I experienced the first time recently. I still see a place for the micro format but just as an introduction piece, with words and pictures only. Thanks so much for your response.
