Triggers being created when using form view to edit feedback
We have a file we're using as a comprehensive test. The test consists of multiple choice and multiple response questions. Some multiple choice questions have custom feedback per incorrect answer selection and some have just correct/incorrect feedback. We do not want the feedback to hide after the learner clicks continue on the feedback, so we have deleted these triggers. HOWEVER, on the questions that have custom feedback per answer, if we use the form view to edit the feedback storyline recreates the "hide layer when user clicks continue". Then, what is way more concerning, if we use the form view to edit the feedback on the questions that just have basic correct or incorrect feedback by question, storyline creates TWO triggers -- "hide layer when timeline ends" and "jump to next slide when timeline ends". If we just edit the feedback on the actual layer instead of using the form view, these triggers aren't created. This is a real problem, as the form view is obviously much faster for us to use and edit when we're making a file of 50+ questions, but not if we then have to go back and delete erroneous triggers on every layer and QA additional time to ensure none of them were missed.
Anyone have ideas? I'm assuming this is a bug... seems like it wouldn't be a useful "feature" :)

What is the layout in the Feedback Master that the "Correct" or "Incorrect" layer with the "mystery triggers" is pointing to? If the original feedback layout doesn’t exist or has been deleted, you’ll most likely run into this issue.
Can you provide some screenshots or a short video showing how this issue occurs, including the layers and the layout being used in the Feedback Master?

I don't think it's a bug, as this issue can be easily replicated by improper handling of the Feedback Master layouts.
To create my custom feedback, I would first make a copy of the Feedback Master and then edit it as needed. After that, I would assign the appropriate feedback layers to the corresponding layouts in the Feedback Master. The bottom line is that the original feedback layouts (Correct, Incorrect, etc.) contain default triggers. If these triggers and layouts are lost or accidentally deleted, they get replaced by unknown triggers, which can cause issues by changing something in Form View.

Same issue! Great question.
