Unable to Search/Use Videos from Content Library 360.
Hi All,
I am working with a video block in Rise360. When I attempt to replace the placeholder video with another Rise360 Content video, the only option is to replace the video with one uploaded from my files. Are others experiencing this? Here is the process I am following. Note that we do have the AI Assistant enabled, so that may change the UI somewhat:
- + >> Multimedia >> Video
- Select edit icon on the upper-left hand corner of video block
- Edit >> Replace Video
This opens a dialog box to my computer, which only allows me to upload a video I have saved in my files. There is no functionality to search/use videos from Content Library 360.

If you are used to working in Storyline 360, then yes, there are videos in the Storyline 360 Content Library.
However, the Rise 360 Content Library contains only images.
