Unable to sign in
Hi,
I'm having a very frustrating time signing in to Storyline.. I've signed up for a free trial and downloaded the correct files, as directed by someone on your help board. The desktop app is on my desktop and I have logged into the dashboard but the app says I need a sub to login:
Please advise, urgently.

So sorry to hear you're having issues accessing Storyline 360!
Checking your Articulate ID (e-mail address), I'm not seeing an active trial listed. Can you please confirm you're using the same e-mail address to log in, that was used when you tried to create the free trial? Also, if you follow the prompt to 'Start your free trial' again, are you met with the same result?
