Updated to new version => Blank slides when previewing/publishing
Hello,
This morning I updated Storyline to Build 3.47.23871.0. For one of the project I am working on, the area where the slide is supposed to be is just blank (see attached) when previewing or publishing...
I tried with another course and its working fine.
Any thougths? I need to update this course but I am unable to produce an output of it....
Update on this. The problem lies with a font (Rubik) I was using via the FontBase application. I replaced it with another font and the problem is solved.
Our team is experiencing the same thing with Google Fonts activated using FontBase. It's inconsistent, and our whole team is not seeing the issue. Fonts activated through Adobe fonts (Creative Cloud) all work fine. Now I have to find a solution for our team because we have so many courses that use Google Fonts.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I chose to insert an opening slide from the template and it inserted it as the second slide. So I deleted the first slide and now my second slide doesn't preview.
