Updating the questions import spreadsheet

I wonder if there is any way to update the import questions spreadsheet.
there are a few issues that I hear back from SME's that they find frustrating

1. why does a | have to be put in when assigning specific feedback to an answer.  It makes for some formatting nightmares
2. Why do you have to put an asterisk beside the correct answer, can't it just be a column on its own like value 

This would be such a major improvement to that tool

    Thanks for your feedback! These are great suggestions for improving the import questions spreadsheet in Storyline 360.

    I’ve submitted a feature request on your behalf, and we’ll keep you posted on any updates that may help.
    In the meantime, here’s how we manage feature requests that we receive.

      just a suggestion, when they rebuild this sheet, try and avoid having to do multiple things in each cell.  On the front end it is a small change, not sure how much work it would be in the back end, but it would be so much more user friendly this way.
