Uploading a Scorm Object to D2L/Brightspace
I have created a lesson through Storyline 360 and exported it as SCORM for the Desire to Learn LMS. When I upload it, everything is fine and it works great. The problem I am having is that it is not recording a score into the grade book.
It is important that the learners who complete this course receive credit for it. Can anyone provide me some direction on what I can do to get the score from the Knowledge assessment in articulate to Brightspace?
Thank you,
Veronica

Sam, I have been trying to resolve this issue for a very long time. Can you explain what you mean by inserting a results slide? My module is pretty complex and has engage content, .mp4 videos, quizmaker, text slides, illustrated/animated examples, etc. The last slide of the presentation is always a summary slide. How would I insert a results slide and attach that last summary slide to it so that completion shows up in the grade book and not just on the completion summary tab?

My module is built using Presenter and has been upgraded to Presenter 360.

The publish properties are set up to track the viewing of all the slides. The completion and passed functions work just as intended in ScormCloud but not in D2L.
Hi Jeanne!
I've responded to your post in this discussion. I'm happy to continue troubleshooting this issue with you!

I would love an update on this as well. How does one know if the issue is coming from Storyline or D2L? I have tried different options for passing such as clicking a button with a trigger to mark as complete, completing a % of slides, passing a quiz. Basically we have to have a way to verify that the learner has completed the module. I don't care which way and can design around what works, but nothing seems to work.

Hi, Anne!
How does one know if the issue is coming from Storyline or D2L?
The best way to rule out LMS issues is to test your project in a different environment. We have a step-by-step guide on how to troubleshoot using SCORM Cloud.
If the issue can also be reproduced in SCORM Cloud, or if you need help testing, please reach out through a support case, and we're happy to investigate!

Thanks but this does not explain what I need to look for in terms of how the modules interacts with the LMS. The modules acts fine in D2L just as it acts fine in SCORM cloud. How do I know if and what the module is passing to the D2L gradebook to show as completed? (Report Status to LMS as Passed/Incomplete) using a course complete trigger?

Hi, Anne.
You mentioned that the modules act fine in D2L and in SCORM Cloud: did you also see the score/report in SCORM Cloud? If you did, then the data is being sent correctly.
Here's some additional information:
