I am looking to see if there has been any updates to this. I see the last comment was 3 years ago. I am seeking any solutions to upload a Rise course to SharePoint.
Hello NovaComisar-8e4!
Thanks for reaching out!
You can check out this article for a workaround to get Articulate published content to work on SharePoint servers.
We don't officially support hosting content in SharePoint because its primary purpose is as a web-based collaborative platform to be used with Microsoft 365, but we hope this points you in the right direction. I'll also let other community members chime in in case someone has a different solution they'd be willing to share!

Hi Ree,
Interested to know if you found a solution for sharepoint hosting. I have the same issue, I have a lot of guides made in Rise, don't care about tracking them so don't need/want an LMS. Our IT team can't give me any solutions and have moved completely to online sharepoint.
Thanks
Jo

I've had success changing the file type from .html to .aspx. I know we still can't get tracking on SharePoint, but we should be able to get usage metrics, correct? As you can tell, I'm not an expert at all!

Colleen - I'd be really interested in how you changed the file type from .html to .aspx AND then were able to house them in a place which could be brought into SharePoint. We have SharePoint Online (SPO). The only way I can figure out how to change the extension is to open the file and change it in the URL line. But when I do, the https:// goes away and then will not be accepted within SPO.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for checking in!
SharePoint Online (the Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Edition) won't play HTML files. As a result, SharePoint Online can't host published Rise 360 content, which includes HTML files.
We suggest hosting your content on another web server - check out our recommendations here.

Morning,
Has there been any progress on the ability to host on Sharepoint? We have an internal learning site and this is a real sticking point.
TIA
Hi Ree!
We don't have a specific limit for what we consider a small audience or the hosting duration. We simply recommend that you export your course for web or LMS so you have control over the hosting environment.
Hello, Rocco!
It looks like you're using SharePoint Online, is that right?

You might have been able to work around this on desktop machines by renaming the .html file to .aspx. Hopefully someone who has used a similar hosting solution can point you in the right direction!

Hi everyone
I'm having the same problem too - created a new folder in Documents on Sharepoint site contents. I added the entire unzipped SCORM file, and It won't let me right click to get the code to copy on the index. Even if I change the Index file to .aspx, it changes it back automatically to .html

Hello, Ree. The online version of SharePoint won't support Rise 360 output because it is HTML content. If possible, it would be better to host your content on another web server - there are some low-risk options here.

Hello. I use SharePoint 2010, and I have no issues uploading Rise content. I'm not sure if this works in 2013 or Office365 versions. But here are the steps I follow.
- Export the course as an LMS from Rise (not as a Web Page only).
- Unzip the downloaded SCORM file.
- Copy the entire folder to a location on the SharePoint.
- Access the scormcontent folder.
- Right click on the index file (HTML document) and copy the link.
- Share the link with those who need to access the content.

I have tried multiple ways to upload the unzipped file. Nothing works here in my O365 environment.

Where are you putting the folder on Sharepoint?
I tried uploading to the Documents section and it does not work - I just get a blank screen when using the URL.
Is there some where else to put the folder?
Thanks for your help!

Hi there - I tried this but when you click the link nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello. Be certain that you're pasting the entire unzipped SCORM File on the SharePoint and then copying the "index" HTML file. If you'd like to upload the error you're experiencing, it might allow me to provide additional guidance.

Specifically, how should one upload web content from Rise into SharePoint 2013? Are there step by step instructions on this process somewhere?
Hi Kimberly,
I saw you also connected with my colleague, Gren, and she shared some info with you. Feel free to let Gren or I know if you need any other help with Rise courses!
