Urgent Issue - Tabs missing at the top of Storyline Project
Hey everyone,
I'm hoping someone can quickly provide assistance. Normally, I see File, Home, Insert, Slides, Design, Transitions, Animations, View and Help tabs at the top of my Storyline 360 projects:
Today, I was making some minor edits to one of my projects. When I updated a Marker interaction, the tabs at the top disappeared and I'm not able to figure out how to get them back:
I submited a support ticket (Case Number: 01099542) but when I tried to upload the .STORY file, I couldn't upload it to the ticket.
Has anyone else ever had this problem and if so, were you able to get it fixed? I'm presenting this course in the next hour and need a quick resolution if possible!

Hello TonyGonzalez-5d, please take a look at the workaround I provided here.
Have you closed and reopened, have you restarted your machine? If yes, then you may need to do a repair.
Thank you for your quick response, Phil! I have closed and reopened and restarted my machine. I'm not sure how to go about doing a repair. In my years of using Storyline this has never happened to me, lol. Also, it's only on this project. When I open other projects I see the tabs without issue.
