Vertical Alignment of radio buttons for two line questions

The image says it all I think. This a Storyline multiple-choice slide. Why is the default for a radio button in a multi-choice question to straddle the vertical middle of the text? It should always be aligned to the first line (with a bit more right-padding than what's used here). Besides the horrible aesthetics it presents an accessibility challenge. In other words, it looks real bad, and reads worse.

  • I agree with you regarding the alignment. I would much prefer this:

Regarding the padding, I always increase the left padding to at least 20. The default is 10. When you do edit it though, ensure the style has carried through to all states. I think the best way is to do all states on one radio button, then use the format painter to apply. Then double check as I've had weird stuff happen with states. Once you've got one good one, just duplicate for other questions.
