Very blurry text and images in Chrome HTML5

Hi there!

I have a course published in SL360 and listed below are the two issues that persists with HTML5 output.

1. Some of the texts are blurred while some of them are sharp in Google chrome. But if we view it in full screen mode all texts are looking fine.

2. Some of the clickable images are getting jerk in hover/selected state. This is not happening while viewing it in full screen mode.

I am guessing, these are happening due to the HTML5 rendering has problem in SL360.

Could you guys help me with these?

Hi Siraj!

I have the same issue with animated texts in Google Chrome.

If the course is in full screen all texts are fine. If the course is scaled-down all animated texts are blurry.

I'm using the SL 360 with last update from May.

Did you manage to solve this issue?

    Sorry to say this.. But this is the fact.. It's not yet addressed by articulte community. So, i'm somehow convinced our clients on this issue to check them on full screen mode.Let me know if you find any solution or workaround for this..       Personally, I replace the images in the output with uncompressed versions before zipping. Give it a try – your images will be much crisper (but keep an eye on the file size).

        Thanks for the workaround.. I will definitely try it out.. But is there any
        workaround for storyline text blurness??.. That's the big concern to me as
        lot of texts are blurred in output..
