VIDEO: Create a blinking object in Articulate Storyline with only a few triggers

I figured out a way to create a blinking object without using a looping animation and I think it is quite cool. Enough of the intro, here's the video:

Hum! I dont have the toggle.
it say:

Action: Adjust variable
Variable: Set Blink to value (and I can only choose: True or false)
When: When the animation completes
Object: Oval 1
Animation: Entrance
Conditions: +if
---
Click on "Set" and you will see the Toggle option.
