Video problems with Rise after publishing
Hi
My Rise courses should also run on computers that do not support MP4 videos. I have therefore converted the videos to webm format. Rise also accepts these videos, but converts them back to MP4 format when publishing. There is a workaround for this problem with Storyline 360 here in the forum. Is there also a solution for Rise?

Happy to help!Rise 360 by default converts all uploaded video to MP4 format. If you'd like to keep the original format of your uploaded video, just add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your video file before uploading. Example:
birthday_NOPROCESS_.webm
