What is the difference between a free form qustion vs a graded question?
I need a marker put onto the screen when using a hotspot in assessment, I can only do this when using a free form questions. So if the rest of my assessment is graded quesitons, can i include this free form question equally into the results slide?

Yes, you can include a freeform question in the Results with standard graded-question slides.
You have more control over the design with freeform questions. But a freeform question has all the built-in functionality of the standard ones.
