Why is my image on the slide buried?
Hi everyone,
I have a PNG image, file size 4.92MB, dimensions: 5600x3709.
After importing it to Storyline, the 1:1 ratio, it became very compressed in preview.
My slide size is 1920x1080.
In the media library, it only shows image is 2048x1356.
Why?

It's better to use images that don't need to be resized -- try resizing your map image outside of Storyline. The maximum image size is 2048x2048. Basically what is happening is that your image has to be scaled down to fit on the slide, since it's much bigger than the slide size. Having to scale down the image results in loss of quality.
