After I have created or added an interaction whether it's from Engage or Quizmaker, the interaction does not show up in PowerPoint, even after Publishing from Articulate. I am using PowerPoint 2007 and cannot figure out what the issue could be, does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue? The software was just downloaded onto y PC yesterday.
Can you describe in a little more detail what you mean by the interaction or quiz not showing up in PowerPoint? Are you saying that when you add an interaction or quiz to a PowerPoint file that no placeholder slide is created?
I would make sure that your PowerPoint file is located on your local C: drive in a path that is shorter than 256 characters and that doesn't contain any special characters. I would also make sure that you don't have any disabled items in PowerPoint:
